Tuesday 6:15 - 8:00 PM
Wednesday 6:15 - 8:00 PM
Fall & Spring are two practices weekly. Summer practice is generally once weekly.

High School (u19)
May 15 - July 12, 2025. While we are always looking to expand the season, our primary High School (u19) season runs from the end of May to July.
Practice is currently twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 - 7:00pm during season.
Middle School (u15)
May 6th - June 28th this year with potential post-season tournaments in July for a select side. This could change slightly based on popular demand and as we get closer to the season. Practices are Tues and Thurs 5:30pm till 7:00pm during season.
Youth Touch (7- 11 years)
Starting May 15 - July 12.
Practice is currently once a week on Thursday from 6 - 7:30pm
