How Much:   Men's clubs pay $150 in advance or $200 day of. Women's teams pay $100 in advance or $150 day of. In advance means before June 19, 2010. If a men's team brings a women's team with them, the total fee will be $225 but they must register in advance, and both at the same time, so we know they're coming. You can send a check for your registration fee to Birmingham Rugby, P.O. Hardware: There will be awards for Champion and Runner Up in a Men's and Women's. These will be awarded at the party 2 hours after the final whistle has blown. Additionally, there MIGHT be a Gift Certificate to WorldRugbyShop.com awarded to the Champions in the Men's and Women's divisions. 

Party Info: The post-tournament party will be held at Pub 261, which is also a restaurant, so you do not have to be 21 to enter. You do have to be 21 to drink alcohol, of course. Pub 261 is located at 9340 Helena Road, Pelham, Alabama 35244. The first 4 women's teams to show up at the party dressed according to the Toga theme will receive a $50 refund from their tournament dues.

Theme: This shall heretofore be an homage to Vulcan, the Roman God of the Forge so that can mean only one thing: Toga!!!!!!!!

Hotel Info: The following hotel info is from 2009 and we are in negotiations for 2010: Days Inn Galleria: We have a deal with the Days Inn at 1800 Riverchase Drive, Hoover, Alabama 35244. Reservation info = 205-985-7500. If you ask for the Rugby rate when you call to book, it should be $69 per night. If the Days Inn is booked, we also have a deal for a Rugby rate of $99 per night at the Hyatt Place on Highway 150.
